Ruben Blades is an experienced power leveler in the desert or at Droks, take your pick, for 1k no matter what level you are and wish to get to! You must provide your own scrolls, either Berserker's or Rampager's Insight is preferable.

Tycho Swiftfoot is an expert runner anywhere in the desert from Augury Rock for 250g per city ( Heroes' Audience, Destiny's Gorge, Seeker's Passage ) and 500g per mission outpost ( Dunes of Despair, Thirsty River, and Elona Reach ). Or you can choose to get a full run of all 6 remaining cities from Augury Rock, which costs 2k ( 300g at first 5 arrivals, 500g at last arrival, show money beforehand ).
